ด้านหลังฝากล่องก็มีประวัติความเป็นมาของเทศกาลนี้
The Mid Autumn festival is celebrated by Chinese families on the eighth month of the lunar calender. It is said that in ancient times the earth had ten suns circling over it. A famous archer Hou Yi shot down nine of the suns and was rewarded with an elixir that would grant him immortality. Hou Yi presented the elixir to his wife Chang Er. The moment Chang Er drank elixir, she ascended towards the heavens above. Her great love for her husband however drew her towards the Moon, to remain close to her beloved. Legend has it that the beauty of Chang Er is greatest when the moon is at its full. This is why Chinese people gather on this night in appreciation of the lady dancing on the moon.

ขนาดชิ้นเล็ก กระจุ๋มกระจิ๋ม
มาดูกันว่าเป็นไส้อะไร.....ตัวแป้งด้านนอกและไส้เป็นสีเดียวกัน เนื้อแป้งบางมาก
ไส้คัสตาร์ด...ทำมาจากไข่สด เนยสด นม น้ำตาลและกะทิ .... ดังนั้นกัดเข้าไปคำแรกเลยก็คือ ซาลาเปาไส้ครีม ที่กินแต่ส่วนเป็นครีมเปล่าๆ หวานแหลม และเนื้อแน่นกว่าไส้ครีมของซาลาเปามาก แต่หอมมัน ถ้าคนที่ชอบขนมหวานคงถูกใจ ทานคู่กับชาจีนร้อน น่าจะเข้ากัน แต่ด้วยความที่เราไม่ชอบของหวานจัด ชิมได้ครึ่งชิ้นก็จุกแล้วแถมไม่มีชาจีนล้างปาก คงต้องเก็บอีกครึ่งชิ้นไว้ก่อน เดี๋ยวจะมาจัดการต่อ :)
